Many of universities start or examine introduction of e-Learning, for reproduction of university education and securityof the number of the students. However, there are extremely few examples that succeeded in introduction of e-Learning.There are many problems that we should examine. We must argue in particular about a purpose to introducee-Learning and support systems for teachers and students into enough. Problems of copyright include the matter whichshould consider the teaching contents for e-Learning in development. In this article, I analyze the present situation ofe-Learning introduction in Japan. Furthermore, I point out the problems that we should examine on the occasion ofe-Learning introduction. And, I suggest that we apply technique of instructional design in e-Learning construction, andshow a clue for future e-Learning introduction.
