The equivalent heat conductivity of the carbon nanotube (CNT) composites is evaluated using a representative volume element containing a number of CNTs of various shapes, lengths, distribution and orientation. It is concluded that some specific alignments of CNT may significantly increase the equivalent heat conductivity.
