This paper introduces the ATC simulation system and components of the system are described in this paper. ENRI has conducted real-time ATC simulation experiments for airspace capacity estimation with the system. In the experiments, the design of the system including pseudo-pilot consoles for rapid maneuver command input, ROD for terminal airspace capacity estimation and VCM for communication analysis has worked well To fukujiN: 1993.
