HRM draws attention to secure constant competitiveness advantage so that many carried out research on HRM. In the former studies, HRM turned out to give positive effect to management organization performance. However as financial profit has a little or weak relation, it is suggested that the effecting process to organizational performance should be studied. this thesis is to clarify the role of HRC which links HRM and finance profit of management organization. The results are as follows; First, HRMS gives meaningful effect on HRC. The effects depend on the feature of HRMS. IHP and OHP give positive effect while BHP gives negative influence. The absolute value of effect on HRMS is IHP>BHP>OHP. Second, DE Type of corporate culture moderates the effect of HRC. BHP-DE Type is negative relation while IHP-DE Type gives positive relation. OHP does not effect to HRC significantly. HRC can be extended when IHP-oriented HRMS is carried out. Under the culture of dynamic and innovative corporate culture, BHP causes the decline of HRC. IHP can stock HRC better when it interacts with corporate culture rather than it works by itself.
