• The relationship between the molecular structure and crystallization behaviors has been rarely investigated. In this work, esters of a pharmaceutical, BPT was synthesized and the dependence of the nucleation on the molecular structure was examined. It appeared that the size of the alkyl groups in ester very influences on the nucleation behaviors of polymorphs.
