Vibration problem that engine brings is the most obstacles of single cylinder and middle and large displacement motorcycle. The vibration reduction method of balancing inertia force has the disadvantages of complicated configuration and high cost. This paper brings forwards the vibration isolation and control method of adopting engine flexibility suspension based on the dynamics analysis of motorcycle and engine, and deduces the design theory of flexibility suspension. Aiming at the new problem of flexibility suspension we study the theory of different stiffness flexibility suspension. The study fruit is used in practice and solves the vibration problem of one motorcycle, and it proves engine flexibility suspension not only having simple configuration, and low cost, but also has good vibration reduction effect.
