In this research, I took up a problem about class administration when the leadership of an English teacher did a class. Since the opportunities to take communication with children are insufficient, or the experience as a teacher is shallow, several English teachers have the problem. Then, the purpose of this research is showing clearly how the utterances and acts of an English teacher change and how communication of her and a child changes as she teaches it. I observed and analyzed the lesson of the fifth grader in the elementary school. As a result, 1) in case the English teacher demands quietness, it comes to put a children's condition into a view, 2) her utterance to work on a children was diversified, and 3) children comes to react to her utterance. First, the intention of her utterance was vague. Gradually she talked to an individual child. And she came to talk with being conscious of all the children. It will be necessary to also consider how participation of the class teacher affects English lesson.
