As one of the fundamental features of the climate in Japan, we may mention the clear changes of natural environment of four seasons. That distinct alternation has made Japanese philosophers be aware of the wisdom about the relation between 'Erscheinung' and 'Wesen.' On the other hand, the Japanese style of beauty of changing nature has made Japanese people form the view of history and the sense of beauty uniquely. If we realize this cycle movement of nature, and then apply it to the social, economical and political world, we shall be induced to think of the phenomena and the underlying principles of vicissitudes. As an example of traditional Japanese beauty-sense, we have a saying that how beautiful is it to go to ruin! As such we may mention the 'Story of Heike' that tells us the exciting transition from the Ancient Times to the Middle Ages, as well as the personal characters of Samurais who had managed to live up. In winter, all green leaves are gone to ruin, but, we can find potential buds for next spring. Therefore, we can say that it is beautiful to go to ruin. 'Evanescence' composes reality only when it is mediated by 'regeneration.' As such, we can say beautiful towards the phenomena going to ruin. The concept of 'zugrundegehen' means going to ruin in the world of 'Erscheinung,' but, moreover, it means going to 'Grund' deeply. In the world of 'Grund' works the principles of 'unison,' so 'self' is not always distinguished from 'others,' and there remains the posibility of 'regeneration.' Modern enterprise has been generally regarded as a rational 'Gesellschaft," but, if it is seen in the world of 'Wesen,' we can see that it makes the field of co-operation as a 'Gemeinschaft' between employer and employee. Moreover, there must be a mediator as 'Genossenschaft' between 'Erscheinung' and 'Wesen.' So, in this paper, I explain the organ of fringe benefit as 'Genossenschaft,' and understand the work of fringe benefit as such that makes old-style modern enterprises regenerate into new organizations.
