I suppose that the following proposals concerning with the guiding principles giving from the physiological viewpoint of human motion have to be much emphasized in our education. 1) The hypertrophy of the skeletal muscle fiber is not always showed the good ability of itself and then we ought to decide the desirable degree of development of the muscle, anatomically, for their physical fitness including health and intellect. We must pay attention to the fact that socalled well traind men are not necessarily healthy human being. 2) All over the human vital phenomena are regulated by the mechanism of inhibition and facilitation. If a cell were developed untill to his functional limitation, it is possible to destroy the life of the whole body involving himself, as if the powerful cancer cell might kill their host eventually. Therefore, all of our living constitutions have to be controlled adequatery in the permitted possible range of their own movement. Certainly, the purpose of education is to be advance the all possibility of human development, but also it is true that uncontrolable flattering education maybe make men inhumanly. Those teachers who avoid to scold their students, intend to mention that they only gaind desirable advance without any guidance. 3) Methods and contents of education have to be alter by the growth and development of children and up to puberty, they should be accepted merely repeated primary learning and enough physical education. After that, they must have secondary learning, including thinking, judging and understanding. Beside the physical training must be schemed to increase their needful strength. Physical training, makes a man worthy and gives a manlike character to him. It is important that there is the individual difference among their necessary intensities and optimum degrees of physical training.
