A French Regulationist defines the capitalist system after 1980's as the finance-led accumulation system and points out that system is becoming the extensive accumulation system. This system has its basis on the evolution of reification of production relations today with accompanying technical innovation and cumulated financial assets. By Michael Useem, capitalist economy can be divided into three stages from the turning point of 20th century to contemporary era, that is, family capitalism, managerial capitalism and investor capitalism. And the age of family capitalism was also the age of finance capital. This paper tries to elucidate common character and difference of between the structure of finance capital and the motion of contemporary money capital.
