• 西南日本美濃帯の郡上八幡地域および根尾地域に分布する上部ペルム系層状チャート層の放散虫生層序の再検討を行った.郡上八幡および根尾の各セクションから産出する特徴的なAlbaillellariaの組みあわせに基づいて,上部ペルム系に4つの放散虫化石帯を識別した.下位より上位にFollicucullus scholasticus-Follicucullus ventricosus群集帯,Follicucullus charveti-Albaillella sp. F群集帯,Neoalbaillella ornithoformis群集帯,Neoalbaillella optima群集帯である.放散虫生層序学的データと地域地質のデータに基づき,従来一般的に用いられてきたN. optima帯とN. ornithoformis帯(Ishiga 1986)が,逆転して設定されていたことを確認した.
