The reduced transition hexadecapole moments for the first 4^+ states in medium weight transitional nuclei, Ni-Sr, were measured with the polarized proton inelastic scattering at 65 MeV. The anomalous cross sections and analyzing powers were observed for the second 2^+ states in ^<68,70>Zn and ^<70>Ge.
