In this paper, we first examine a relationship between errors of singular value and the accuracy of singular vector, whici is computed through the twisted factorization by the discrete Lotka- Volterra with variable step-size transformation. Secondly, we discuss a suitable parameter choice by evaluating the orthogonality of singular vectors and the errors of singular value decomposition.
