This paper proposes the bit error generation algorithm based on data from experiments. According to the rain intensity, it uses the received signal, the coefficient of variation and the variation of the coefficient of variation during its processing stage. The generated and raw bit errors are compared. The proposed algorithm is an impotant element for the development of in-door experimental test environment.
