We investigated of transactional-cooperative education in special class and elementary school children with special needs in general class in Kochi prefecture. We compared a difference of a thought of the principal with a handicapped child teacher in charge of the class teacher for support education and examined it especially. We were different from indication of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology report in grounds and interchange of the handicapped child class abolition and time of joint education, and much time was spent on education in a handicapped child class by support education system reform especially. There were usually a few only "interested" children for an obstacle a lot in a class, and what correspondence of education did was clarified. In addition, it was made clear that a handicapped child teacher in charge of the class had big uneasiness toward new system reform.
