The purpose of Technical College (TC) is to send useful students to industries. Useful students must have next three abilities, there are Modern 'Yomi (read)', 'Kaki (write)' and 'Soroban (calculate)'. On the other hand, we teachers must reseach for us to learn practical industries needs. To be consistent with education and research, we have to do drastic education improvement. This paper show my education improvement method.
