The purpose of this study is to investigate experimentally the behavior of a reinforced concrete (R/C) Low/Medium rise wall-flat beam structure, especially wall-flat beam connections under a cyclic lateral load. The number of specimens tested in this study is five. Two specimens of those are standard types, which are resisting to shear force, bending moment and twisting moment. Other two specimens are twist types, which are only resisting to twisting moment, and the last one is a small opening type, which is a standard type with a small opening at flat beam. There are two types of the wall length of specimens (C_1), 50cm and 100cm. The following conclusions were obtained. 1) As to relationship of load-deformation, specimens of C_1=50cm showed the yield phenomenon, while, specimens of C_1=100cm showed severe deterioration of strength after maximum strength. 2) In specimens of C_1=50cm, the maximum strengths were from 0.75 to 0.95 times that estimated by the equation specified for R/C flat slab. And in specimens of C_1=100cm, the maximum strengths could be estimated by the equation specified for R/C flat slab. 3) The punching shear failure of wall-flat beam connections was observed at assumpted cross section of flat beam.
