概要

• 1) Ca-salt of pyridoxine phosphate which was obtained according to D. HEYL's method was separated into the isomers of pyridoxine phosphate and the isomers were identified as pyridoxine-4-phosphate and pyridoxine-5-phosphate with the boron and indophenol reaction. 2) The contents of pyridoxine-4-phosphate and pyridoxine-5-phosphate in Casalt of pyridoxine phosphate were in 4.9-9.4 and 15.7-31.7% respectively, and that of total phosphates were in 21.8-36.8%. 3) The yields of crude calcium salt of pyridoxine phosphate, pyridoxine-4-phosphate and pyridoxine-5-phosphate were in 38.0-59.5, 1.86-4.22 and 8.11-12.0%. And that of total pyridoxine phosphate was 10.8-16.0%.
