We should develop digital technology, high capacity transmission technology and artificial intelligent technology for the enhancement of television broadcasting system to meet the social expectation. In these technologies, digital technology is the most important technology as technical infrasture. Television broadcasting system should be developed to total digital system, having harmonization of all TV systems.
