小型・高密度ペルチェ素子の開発

The new type of micro peltier device has been developed. Its technology is applied from the manufacturing method of a micro thermoelectric generator that was developed for the thermo generating wristwatch. So this peltier device has very small shape, and moreover it has high density and high integration. For example, Qcmax of 3mm square device is 2.0W and this amount is about twice as large as conventional 4mm square one. In this paper, we describe the manufacturing methods, characteristics and specifications of the micro peltie devices.
