• Recently, Intangible asset is remarkable. Although we should capitalize Intangible asset that bring about the economic benefit of the future, we couldn't capitalize according to the Generally Accepted statement is useless. For example, it may safely be said the investment in research and development is regarded as intangible asset. However, now the investment has been dealt with some cost. The purose of this paper is the capitalization of the research and development (R&D) cost, and examines the change of sales profit by capitalizing the research and development cost in pharmaceutical industry.
