本文データの一部は、CiNiiから複製したものである。In this research, the effect of gas jet atmosphere on the removal amount and the surface of the blasting is discussed. When the jet angle, the jet distance and the jet time increase, the removal amounts per unit abrasive grain are increased. Specially, the removal amounts per unit abrasive grain in the jet atmosphere of the O_2 are remarkably large compared to that in the jet atmosphere of the N_2, CO_2 and Air_2. Decreasing the jet angle, as is evident from the observation of the blasted surface, it is found that the removal amounts are increased because of the increase of chip formation by the cutting operation. Specially, the cutting removal amounts in the jet atmosphere of the O_2 are more than that in the jet atmosphere of the N_2, CO_2 and Air.
