Following are some points of this note. (1) People say, it is very difficult to find the excellent small business, just like looking for DIAMOND on the sandy beach. Is it really true? Japanese business is in a bad conditions and under the change of industrial structure for long time. Then, in the trend of the change, I try to look for a new vital type of small business. (2) How did change small business after '70s? It is the era of small business. Because of changing from economy of large scale to economy of scope. (3) In HIGASHIOSAKA city, small business center in Japan, the conditions of small business are very bad, but some small businesses are producing order-made goods and trial manufacture goods. (4) Image factory idea-it is the firms to produce consumer's image goods. As an example of image factory, this note takes up SUNLIT company.
