自覚的健康感の推移からみる災害の長期的影響の検討 : 1983年三宅島噴火災害を事例に

This paper discusses the frame of researching long-span impact of the natural disasters, while analysing the long-span impact on the health of victims. The analysis is based on data from twice research (1985,1989) to victims of 1983 eruption disaster in MIYA KESIMA island. The index of the health is the measure which consists of 21 items which composed CMI by the reference. The analysis did 4 pieces of comparison, before disaster and after 5 years of disaster, before disaster and immediately after disaster, immediately after disaster and after 1.5 years, after 1.5 years and after 5 years. Our main results are as follows: 1. By the change of health, it has relation about a load of the process of living reconstruciton in additon to a direct damage with the eruption. 2. The facter and direction which relates to a health change aren't identical with time. Finally, with the above insight, we contemplated on the frame which takes the long-span impact of the natural disasters.
