Measurements of the dielectric constant on a mixed crystal of Rb_<0.45> (NH_4)_<0.55>H_2PO_4 are reported. Between 10 and 25 K, the dielectric dispersion, which indicates a strongly temperature-dependent distribution of relaxation times, could be fitted to calculated curves derived from a stretched-exponential decay function of the form exp[-(t/T_e)^β]. It was found that the exponent β varies linearly with temperature and the effective relaxation time T_e diverges as the Arehenius law with decreasing temperature.
