脈波速度計測による循環動態監視システム

Blood pressure is suitable for grasping the state of circulation function, and gives the simplest and important information. It is called for that the measurement can be performed easily with accuracy in any condition. The measuring instrument, furthermore, is the necessity that it is small and wearable size, accumulation of measurement data and etc. In this paper, detections of pulse and its velocity were tried using the easy sensor which combined a general-purpose infrared diode and photo-transistor. The systems of a reflected type and penetrated type were investigated for these detections. The results show that it is easily detectable by both methods and detection of the propagation delay of pulses from difference of the measurement position is also possible.
