In this research, we have made it clear that three points of view are very importannt for developing learner's ability to communicate in spoken Japanese. One is speech material and the others are speech situations and a learners partner. This year, we emphasized role of the dialogue with a stranger and tried to use the linguistic situations for developing teaching materials.
