In this case study, the effectiveness of co-focusing, as one of preventive mental health supports, was examined. Three schoolteachers were chosen as focusers, and one schoolteacher, who studied focusing, conducted focusing sessions of this study. The hypotheses of this study was that focusers would be able to positively accept themselves, to be more relaxed in class, and then they would be able to manage their classes better. In the two cases that were properly guided to focusing, positive changes in relationship with schoolchildren, and balanced mental states were observed in both focusers during the period of sessions. The results show the effectiveness of co-focusing in teachers.
