The academic research of aesthetic study in movement observation is to judge the movement appearing on the surface through our eyes and also to judge the value of movement, synthesising the experience with its movement, understanding the inner structure of the movement which appears, by emphatic understanding of the other players' movement. This research is to reconfirm and find the fact that excellent leaders and veteran players have insightful eyes to see through an inner structure of the movement, by observing various phenomena of the cross-country skiing in the sports field. In short, this research is the one which sees through the movement with aesthetic eyes in the observation of movement. The ability to distinguish the movement with morphological aesthetics is a basic essential ability for any sports leaders, and it plays am important role for sports instruction.
