Fourteen species of digenean trematodes from the families Accacoelidae, Fellodistomidae, Gorgoderidae, Zoogonidae, Acanthocolpidae, Lepocreadiidae, Opecoelidae, Bucephalidae and Hemiuridae were recorded from fishes caught in deep-sea area off Ryukyu Islands, the East China Sea, southern Japan. Two new species, Megenteron synaphobranchi (Fellodistomidae) and Brachyenteron dextroporus (Zoogonidae) were proposed based on materials from Dysomma anguillare (Synaphobranchidae).
