In this paper, we extended the essential idea of the 2VD analysis to P^0. Specifically, it was claimed that P^0 also has the two domains, domain A and domain B. Based on this analysis, we accounted for the distributions of particles and argument PPs. Some of the relevant examples take both of the patterns in (46). (46) (i) V - prt - object -argument PP (ii) V - object - prt - argument PP Others take only (ii). As for the former pattern, the derivations (30) and (31) were assumed. As for the latter, the structures in (36) were assumed : particles and prepositions form compound prepositions of the category P^<01>, and thus the Principle of Lexical Integrity prevents particles, which are in domain A, from being extracted from the compound prepositions, as in (38).
