Following a worldwide movement, however, Japanese education systems begin including such students in the mainstream classes but with institutional support. The purpose of this study is to make it clear of what are the challenges of new system, Special Supported Education, and how the Special Supported Education Coordinator should work in each schools. First, the relation of Special Supported Education and Special Educational Needs should be made clear. New System is started to manage with LD, ADHD, HFA, so we need to think about Special Educational Needs individually. Secondly, the role of Special Supported Education Coordinator has not been made clear. There is a conjunction with the role of the Special Supported Education Coordinator and what we think the concept of Special Educational Needs is. All things considered, the key is the idea of Special Educational Needs and according to this, the Special Supported Education Coordinator should play the important role and share the responsibility with central and local government on new system.
