• The procedure of this study is following. Firstly, the commercial condition in this study area is investigated. Secondly, some of the potential 'models are made up using a,sum of sale and an area of commercial floor as the objective variables and growth rate of offices and employees as the explanatory, variables. In result, 4 models are selected by Correlation analysis, and 4 equations are obtained using Multiple Regression Analysis. Finally, the effects of increasing of growth rate of employees for service industry to a sum of sale is tested by the estimated equation for the 3 cases.
