Histochemical, biochemical and physiological experiment have revealed a lots of evidense that skeletal muscle exhibits considerable placsticity in its response to exercise. This is a critical problem to the sports training and the composition or planning of training program. Unfortunatly only a few of these evidense that hase been introduced to the application of training or as a scietific basise for training and conditioning of athletes. Most of the training methords still using the way came down from generation by generation or no more beyond a imitation from abroad. In this review I try to make it clear. Why and what the adaptaton of skeletal muscle to exercise occour, its cherecterestic and its process to the stimulus employed from exercise. As we know several aspect of muscle performonce can be accurately measured, these include rate of contracton and relaxation, work efficiency, gross strength and endurance. If one wish to attribute possible adaption induce expective training effort, an exercise program must be chosen which is known to effect at least one of these parameter. Sometimes we even didn't know what is the definition line of exercise which induce what kind of adaptation to the body porticulaly to the skeletal muscles. It's The reason that I staste above for me to write this article. I wish it will give a sound knowledge for the coachers and trainers when they thought about exercise. finally I shall thanks a lot to Dr. Kanzaki for his kindly derection in my studying of ultrastucture of skeleton muscle tissue.
