This paper mainly discusses common language policy in China from a new point of view, "Languages Endangered" Putong-hua has been popular in the whole districts of this country, since it was an officially difined as official language in China in 1955. "Putong-hua" this common language surely contribute much to promote communications of between peoples and developments of regions in China where 56 nations coexist. The preservation of 55 minority's languages has been declared in a nation or region's law. On the other hand, on description of unacknowledged minority's languages hasn't been found in Putong-hua policy, and this fact is the main reason for producing Endangered Languages. Therefore, this paper discusses a relation between common language and Endangered Languages in China, which is a new topic in Chinese social linguistics.
