My research theme for long time about 40 years in my study is Business Online System. Business Online System is nowadays called Web Business System or e-Business. And now it becomes new style year and year. The most new system of e-Business is Web service. Web service has many new technologies for IT approach. For examples, Web service system, XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, WS-Transaction, WS-Coordination, WS-Security, RPC (Remote Procedure Call),. NET(Dot Net) etc. The author explains these technical terms in this paper The author asserts that we systems engineers of Web-service must have approach methods for "malti-dimensional systems-design" which has many software technology and system approaches.
