住環境の機能性が在宅高齢者の主観的幸福感に与える影響 : 属性要因との関連において

The purpose of this papaer is to identify the influence of the housing environment on the subjective well-being of the elderly whose age were 60 years old and over, and who were also living at home. Sample size was 136, and they had receiving the college education program required for the succesful aging and some of them were attending the welfare center for the aged. The data was collected by the structured questionnair method at the college for the education of the aged and the welfare center stated above. For the analysis of the data, statistical tecniques of variance analysis and regression analysis in SPSS progaram were employed. The main findings were as follows: 1) Variance analysis showed that the variables of "whether or not the subjects had a child" influenced on the thier subjective well-being measured by the total scale of subjective wellbeing and that "function of the husing environment" influenced on the "life satisfaction factor" derived from the factor analysis. 2) Regression analysis showed that among the explanatory variables in regression model, "whether or not the residence was thir own", "function of the housing environment", and "whether or not the subjects had child" had a greater influence independently on their subjective well-being in terms of the effectiveness.
