This study investigated the new system of internal corporate venturing in Japanese firm, based on a case analysis of FUJITSU Corporation. A case of FUJITSU Corporation suggested that it was very unique as a system of internal corporate venturing in Japanese firm, because the basic concept of its system was oriented to high-risk and high-return concept. We made it clear that critical characteristics of the system of FUJITSU Corporation were that Intrapreneurs had to finance over 50% of capital funds of new ventures, and their new ventures were obliged to spin off. Definitely, the incentive factor of the system was very different from one of the traditional management in Japanese firms, especially large firms which were driving forces of growth of Japanese Economy. It is possible that the characteristic of this new venturing system is diffused among Japanese large firms. However we must try to analyze the trend and problem of this new system.
