The students tended to get jobs in educational situation 10 years ago, but recently they have got their jobs in Social Education, such as private Fitness and public gymnastics. Along with this situation, we have changed our curriculum and have offered "Student Practice of Physical Education in Social Education". However, there are not so many researches about prior-training for Student Practice of Physical Education in Social Education. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to build up effective method of prior-training for Student Practice of Physical Education in Social Education. In present study, the needs which were required by the institutions where students go to for training were assessed by interview. The results of present study demonstrated that the institutions evaluated students had good social skills and attitudes. On the contrast, the assessments revealed the students did not have enough teaching skills to the guests. Trainers in the institutions focused on the instruction of minimum skills which are necessary in the institutions via the interview because the students only have 2 weeks of training period and that was not enough time to teach all skills needed. The instruction of accurate use of training equipments and stretching methods to the guests were required in the institutions. Therefore, the pre-training will make an effort to let students to accord to the model. As a result, acquirement of these skills, they could develop the basic to more applied. To acquire the basic skills for instruction to the guests, check lists will be introduced in training. The contents of the prior training and evaluation items were made up based on the results of this study.
