• Crisis intervention is human action, and it is important for the contributions not only to preventive psychiatry or primary health care, but also to people with chronic problems such as recurrent depression who are more vulneable to crisis. Purpose of this paper was to describe based on the case of a woman with depression and analyze the case of crisis situations using Hoff's crisis origin model, such as situational origin, transition state origin, and cultural/social-structural origin of crisis.
