• Korea has taken the global top ten spot in the number of internet users vs. total population. Despite the deep penetration of the internet into the Korean society, the elderly have been put in the dark having difficulties in obtaining information on welfare and leisure activities due to their lack of internet-using capabilities. Purpose of this study is that make the elderly acquire well-fare Information easily, and help their active leisure life and smooth communication. We propose the concept of this system through a literature investigation and interviews.
