Deep-sea shrimps and lobsters of Tosa Bay and Hyuga-nada, Pacific coast of southern Japan are examined. The specimens are collected with an otter trawl, a beam trawl and a dredge at 99-1,516m depth in the R/V Kotaka-maru 1997-2000 cruises and the Tansei-maru 1999 cruise. In total, twenty-one families and eighty-one species are recognized. Number of specimens in each haul number is noted in each species, sometimes with a plate and/or remarks.
