We investigate the baryogenesis via defects formation in the electroweak phase transition. The standard scenario of the electroweak baryogenesis require a strongly first order phase transition which imposes upper bound of Higgs boson mass. On the other hand, even if the transition is not first order, topological defects formation via spinodal decomposition leads to the efficient baryogenesis. If defects are topological ones of skyrmetype with mass of 10 TeV order, we can estimate the number of defects, which leads to n_B/s〜10^<-10>.
