Business environment have become more competitive and entered a period of great uncertainty. Today, all of corporations must management CSR risks and rise corporate value for stakeholders around them, or it is difficult to keep up business. The primary risk is related to information. Namely Corporations have to protect information assets which are customer information, soft asset, employee privacy and so on, because those assets in business are exposed of all hazards, for example unauthorized access from outside or reveal from within. This paper shows "what responsibilities corporations are required of?", "why the development of ICT increase risks?", "is it possible to protect the information risks by ethical or technical responsiveness?", "what is information ethics issue?" and "what does information ethics mean in corporate management?". It gives these research questions answers in theory and advanced research. The article concludes that information ethics means both a mechanism and a code of conduct in a variety of activities to deal with information and properly can act as CSR risk management only after establish PDCA cycle mechanism with business ethics.
