There is much talk about the radio-TV education. What will rapidly-changing TV be like in 10 or 20 years to come? Many teachers are searching for clues to learning about the use of Instructional TV. This is an experimental approach concerning the merits and demerits of the radio-TV education. We intend to compare the form of audience with learning effect, morale, speaking rate, etc.. In regard to these experiments the well-founded results have not been acquired, but the fact that in the radio-TV education the children with bad grades participated positively in learning will be of much use to us.
