This paper treats the Lagrangean decomposition coordination method to near optimize all of the decision features involved in a multi-item multi-process dynamic lot size scheduling simultaneously. It presents the new rule of coordinating Lagrange variable values that enables simple parameter tuning and stable and fast convergence to a near optimal solution.
