• In this paper, the method for automating a nurse's staff transposition by computer is proposed. As a numerical example of model, O hospital is performing the transposition of nurses between wards once per year, and the comparison of the result obtained by the proposed method with the result obtained by actual manually created method is executed As a result, according to conditions, the proposed method has created in a short time the equivalent what created manually. This leads to reduction in labor of the nurse chief and satisfactions degree of nurses are raised.
