Life assessment and temperature estimation have been conducted on 1st blade(MarM246) of gas turbine for co-generation systems. It is possible to assess the creep rupture life of turbine blades from the results of creep tests and the temperature. Temperature of actual condition is estimated by investigating the relationship between the diameter change of γ'phase and Larson-Miller parameter(LMP) determined from the temperature and the aging treatment time of test piece. In this presentation, it is shown the actual life of 1st blade of gas turbine.
