Creep damage of aged steam turbine material is evaluated using destructive testing method. Creep damage distribution map is described and creep damage behaviour is analyzed through Modified θ projection. Correspondence of aged material hardness to Modified θ projection method is analyzed and creep curves are estimated to be described. Creep deformation and stress relaxation behaviour are discussed and the influence of stress relaxation on damage evaluation is calculated. Damage evaluation program is prepared based on-aged material hardness.
