A taste sensor chip using lipid/polymer membranes has been suggested. This sensor chip is fabricated on glass substrate using photolithography and wet-etching technology and miniaturized the taste sensor. Also this sensor is integrated on one chip working electrodes and reference electrode. This study shows the fabrication process of taste sensor chip and the response pattern in four taste substances and stability of miniaturized reference electrode.
